[E] The Compound Present

This is formed from the Present Locative of boaz:to be, used as auxiliary, followed by the Present Participle of the second verb.[See Sections 21 B & 31 B].

Pattern example: Ma'n kuliak a prania(B). This can mean (a) The cock is crowing, or (b) The cock crows. The particle a is frequently omitted, but the mutations it would have caused are nevertheless observed.

This is the commonest way of expressing the Present Tense.
